Application Process for 200 Hour Intensive Teacher Training

We assess the applications, 6 weeks prior to course commencement based on the following criteria:

• 2 references
• at least 1 year of regular yoga practice
• completed application form
• medically, both physically and mentally fit
• enthusiasm and commitment to the path of learning and teaching yoga
• down-payment with application

Be advised that you will be required to submit written assignments before the course commences. The course therefore “starts” earlier than the above dates.

Application Process for 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training

• Two references
• 200-hour-yoga Teacher Training(s) – certifications may be required
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• down-payment with application
